Many of us separate money from self-care. But in reality, they’re intertwined.
Your relationship with money signals your self-worth and impacts your nervous system. Financial stress triggers cortisol and adrenaline. Overspending or neglecting your resources creates cycles of anxiety and guilt.
Conversely, investing in yourself—mindfully, intentionally—releases stress, strengthens confidence, and improves decision-making. Even small financial choices are acts of self-respect: paying a bill on time, setting aside a “treat” fund, or investing in your personal growth.
Money isn’t the enemy. It’s a mirror for your self-care practices. The more aligned your choices are with your values, the stronger your sense of empowerment becomes.
💫 If this resonates, consider working with me to realign your money habits and self-care practices so they reinforce each other, not deplete you.
